All About Spay Neuter hosted our first fundraiser on Saturday, April
25, 2009. We packed the room with over 150 guests who enjoyed
our buffet of homemade goodies.
There were over 40 baskets filled with great gifts from local
merchants plus other donated goodies from our supporters.
Renee, our wonderful volunteer raised over $ 650 in the 50/50
raffle. The gracious winner donated half of her winnnings back to
All About Spay Neuter.
It was a night of fun for everyone....all going to a great cause.
One hundred percent (100%) of the monies raised will go to our
Spay our Strays program. This will afford people reduced
spay/neuter costs.
Our volunteers made this all happen. Special thanks to Laurie,
Marion, Florence, Rosemarie, Leslie, Chris, and Kathy for all that
you did to make this night amazing.

Dear Supporters,
The volunteers at All About Spay Neuter Inc. had no idea what an
undertaking it would be to have this first fundraiser. An idea in December
2008 soon became a party with over 150 people in April 2009.
The outpouring of help has been incredible. People donating goods for our
Chinese auctions, businesses donating gift certificates for items and services,
people offering to cook for our dinner and dessert, and some that could not
make it sent monetary donations for this festive evening. Hours of organizing,
collecting, basketing and lots of laughs put this night together.
This night we honor you.... everyone that is here, everyone that wanted to
be here and everyone that has supported us through the years. Without you
none of this would be possible. However you contribute..... caring for your own
colony by providing them with food, water, and shelter......maybe you opened
your home to one of our wonderful cats or kittens and gave it a life better than
its parents on the streets......you may drop newspapers off to us for our
cages.......you come and clean kitten cages and play with the kittens when you
have free time......you sent a check because you believe that the only way to
stop the overpopulation of the feral cat and clear our shelter system and stop
the suffering is through spay/neuter intervention.
Since September 2004 All About Spay Neuter Inc. has spayed/neutered over
3450 cats and kittens and found safe adoptive homes for over 630 cats and
kittens.
Anne Frank stated, “No one ever became poor from giving”. However you
have given to us, we thank you. From the bottom of our hearts, it is you and
the animals that keep us doing this work.
Please enjoy your evening and know that every dollar raised here is another
dollar that will be spent on the animals. All About Spay Neuter Inc. consists of
all volunteers. I thank you for your compassion and caring.
